Landscaping for retirement villages in Geelong and Melbourne
Absolute Plants & Landscapes delivers landscaping for retirement villages and residential communities across Geelong and Melbourne. Absolute Plants & Landscapes works with developers, builders, project teams and community operators to construct and maintain large-scale landscapes for residential developments, including resort-style communities. Our experience extends across grand entrances, major buildings, open spaces, communal areas and the landscaped areas surrounding individual homes.
Landscaping for retirement villages and residential communities
Landscaping across retirement villages can involve significantly more than individual gardens. Entrances, community facilities, open spaces, streetscapes, shared gardens and individual residences all contribute to the wider landscape.
As a retirement community develops, its landscape needs change. Newly completed areas require establishment, while mature gardens and communal spaces require ongoing care.
Absolute Plants & Landscapes can continue working with clients beyond initial landscape delivery through ongoing maintenance programs. This provides continuity between construction, plant establishment and the long-term presentation of community landscapes.
Landscapes for retirement homes and aged care homes in Geelong and Melbourne
Landscapes associated with retirement homes and aged care homes need to respond to the people who live in, work in and visit these environments.
Large care communities and residential care communities can include multiple outdoor areas that need to function as one cohesive landscape.
Well-planned outdoor areas can contribute to the presentation and amenity of a development, while consistent landscape delivery helps create a cohesive environment across communal and residential areas.
